To use Mentofy Services, you must:

• Have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian if under legal age
• Possess legal capacity to enter into contracts
• Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws

• You must create an account to access most features
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Mentofy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion

You retain ownership of the content you submit, post, or share through the Services ("User Content").

You grant Mentofy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display such content for the operation of our Services.

• You represent and warrant that you own or have the rights to share any User Content
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law

You agree not to:

• Use the Services in violation of any law or regulation
• Post unlawful, harmful, or misleading content
• Violate intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services
• Engage in any fraudulent or abusive behavior

• Courses and documents are created by educators, with 75% of the revenue allocated to the content creators.
• Premium features are accessible through subscription plans.
• By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees.
• Plans do not automatically renew at this time. Auto-renewal functionality will be introduced in the future.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy.
• Pricing and currency may vary by region.
• Taxes and exchange rates may apply based on your location.

• You may terminate your account at any time, send us a mail ([email protected]) to get your account deleted
• Mentofy may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or applicable law
• Termination includes revocation of access and deletion of associated data, unless retention is legally required
• Some clauses, including intellectual property and indemnification, will survive termination

• Mentofy and its licensors retain all rights, titles, and interests in and to the Services, including content, branding, and software
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify the Services without prior written consent
• Mentofy trademarks may not be used without our express permission

• The Services may link to or integrate with third-party platforms
• Mentofy is not responsible for content, policies, or practices of third parties
• Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies

• Services are provided "as is" and "as available"
• We make no warranties regarding uptime, reliability, or performance
• Mentofy disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Mentofy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages
• Our liability in any dispute shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mentofy and its officers, employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or rights of third parties

We comply with jurisdiction-specific laws and offer regionally appropriate safeguards:

We may modify these Terms to reflect changes in the law, features, or business practices. We will notify users via email or in-app notices. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, unless local law requires otherwise
• Any disputes shall be first attempted to be resolved amicably
• If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction, depending on applicable laws
